Based in Kyoto, Japan, SOU・SOU created textile designed to depict seasonal beauty of nature founded on the concept of “Creating New Japanese Culture”. The brand adeptly blend traditional materials and artisanal craftsmanship to create an array of traditional garments, furniture, culinary delights, and more. This transcends mere preservation; it's about integrating tradition seamlessly into the modern tapestry of people's lives, preserving and enriching Japan's cultural heritage.

Fragrance

Combining SOU・SOU's traditional kimono designs with Floriography's trio of fragrances - Osmanthus Tea, Bamboo Mist, and Dry Yuzu - culminates in a collection of delicate perfumes. Each perfume bottle showcases a distinct design inspired by Japanese culture. These bottles, adorned with wooden caps, evoke an image of a figure gracefully adorned in a kimono. The bottles bear the intricate SOU・SOU fabric patterns, seamlessly intertwining with the fragrances they contain. Whether as a gift, for personal use, or to adorn your space, this fragrance stands apart, destined to captivate with its uniqueness.

Scented Sachets

We chose three SOU・SOU fabric patterns that harmonize with the fragrances, which are made into small scented sachets resembling kimono silhouettes. Within these sachets contain the essence of our own Japanese-inspired fragrances. The scented sachets doesn't just enhance the aesthetics of your living space, it also imparts an atmosphere imbued with the serene essence of Zen.

Whether placed in the bedroom, living room, wardrobe, shoe cabinet, drawers, and more, our scented sachets serve the purpose of decorating the space from both visual and scent. No. 37 Bamboo Mist

Bamboo Mist invites you to embark on a tranquil journey. On a misty morning, stroll along a serene path through the bamboo forest, surrounded by lush bamboo groves. The ambiance here exudes a zen-like tranquility, creating a sense of harmony and peace. The delicate floral notes of white tea, ginger, woody notes and the refreshing scent of bamboo blend seamlessly together.

Top notes of bamboo leaves, melon and ginger reminds us of the fresh air at dawn. Striding into the bamboo forest, scents of bamboo shoots, the misty air, cucumber and roots gradually emerge, bringing a mysterious atmosphere, carrying the liveliness of the forest. The base notes of sandalwood, patchouli and vetiver brings a serenity of Mother Nature. Top Note: Yuzu Rind
Mid Notes: Yuzu Fruit, Hinoki, Cedar
Base Notes: Cedar, Dryness, Amber

A sharp, vivid and dry yuzu note that refreshes your summer. A sparkling, aldehydic rind and juicy flesh of Yuzu, paired and rounded by dry, woody notes of hinoki and cedar.

Dry Yuzu offers a refreshing and invigorating experience that embodies the essence of summer. The fragrance opens with a sharp and vivid yuzu note, capturing the zesty and tangy aroma of yuzu rind. It sparkles with aldehydic accents, reminiscent of sunlit citrus zest.
