Tianzhong Marathon

We were invited by Sport Notes (運動筆記) in 2022 to create a limited edition rice fragrance, exclusively for the Tianzhong Marathon.

The Tianzhong marathon is the most hospitable marathon in Taiwan, happening in the the Taiwan Rice Heaven - Tianzhong. Because of the scenic route with runners running alongside vast golden paddyfields, it is rated as the top three classic races in Taiwan, and become “the” marathon event in Taiwan participated by thousands of local and overseas runners every year.

In this collaboration, we curated a Paddyfields fragrance, a gift to the runners. Also, we have collaborated with an established local soap brand, "Baofong (寶豐香皂)", which has a century-long history and incorporated the fragrance into their rice soap. Through this ingenious sensory experience, we hope to let the memory of running freely alongside golden paddyfields remain in the hearts of all runners.

Paddyfields Fragrance

Running alongside golden paddyfields and grassy hillside, the Autumn breeze gently carrying the scent of the dancing paddy stalks and the nostalgia from the village afar.⁣

Top Notes: Grass, Jasmine, Breeze, Rice

Mid Notes: Rice, Woods

Base Notes: Creamy, White Musk, Sandalwood
