Starting off with a sparkling, slightly bitter and aldehydic note of the rind, introducing the juicy, saliva inducing sour flesh with hints of rhubarb, petitgrain, verbena balanced off with the sweetness of rose. A hint of sulphurous note brings realism to the table.

Ending with a dry, hinoki and cedar note.
