Blue Cheese & Apple Pizza Perfume

This is our first F&B collaboration project with a local Pizza restaurant - Jacomax pizza and we are thrilled to be able to do Scents X Food projects. 

We are commissioned to curate a scent that resembles their best selling pizza - Apple and Gorgonzola as a gift for their Valentines' Day set.

Curating a realistic cheese scent is a challenge, multiple trials were made to achieve the optimal sourness and saltiness of the cheese - not too strong to limit wearability, but not too weak that would cause the cheese loosing signature. The smokiness of the pizza crust & the baked caramelized scent of the apple also increases the 'deliciousness' of the scent. Customers liked the mid and base notes which become warm, fuzzy and comfortable.
